All our data sits in highly secure Google Cloud Platform datacenters and is encrypted. Within Orquesta we adhere to the highest industry standards and security compliance. All our code repositories and server images are constantly scanned for vulnerabilities.

What counts as a Monthly Active User (MAU)?

Accepted Answer

Each time one of your workspace users logs in within a month, we count that as an MAU. This way you can collaborate with more users within your workspace without being forced to upgrade. We believe this is fair towards our users since some members of your team won't log in that often and you can spend your time better in enabling and disabling users.

What is an Evaluation?

Evaluations are at the heart of Orquesta. An evaluation happens each time your system requests a response from Orquesta for a rule with a context attached. This happens through our provided SDK's and API.

Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes, but we will cancel your subscription and account at the end of the active period. We will not refund the remainder of your subscription period.

How long is the free trial?

14 days. If you have a good reason to extend this period while considering Orquesta, just reach out to our team.
